  • Deepak Niwas Hooda, a man who owns an inspirational story, a true fighter, and almost nothing to one of the best raiders in Pro Kabaddi League till date.
  • It started from the Deepak Hooda birth in a farming family of Chamaria Village, of Rohtak district in the Haryana state of India. His age was just four years old when his mother died, and his father also left him when he was in 12th standard of his high school.
  • Deepak Niwas Hooda remained the only man in the family, who had the responsibilities to earn for the livings, he first joined as a part-time teacher, giving time to his practice seasons of Kabaddi game.
  • When he earned much, he started his studies again, but there also, his performance on Kabaddi Match was the only thing he loved to enjoy. That's why, he against left the studies winning GOLD in all-India university tournament, and decided to pursue his career in the game of Kabaddi.
  • In the state-level tournament in 2014, when he played from his state team Haryana, and lead them to the title win at the senior level tournament, Pro Kabaddi League franchise approached him with the great bid.
  • It was Telugu Titans in PKL season 1, who brought Deepak Niwas Hooda into their side with the second highest bid of 12.6 Lakhs.

  • In season 2 of Pro Kabaddi League held in 2015, Deepak Niwas Hooda was regained by Telugu Titans because of his versatile nature, who could raid and defend as well.

  • Deepak Niwas Hooda put his best performance till that day, he was the third-best raider of the league, scoring 126 raid points in just 16 matches.
  • In PKL season 2017, Deepak Hooda continued with Puneri Paltan, played 24 matches and scored 186 points in the season 5 of the league. He was the seventh-best raider with 172 points.
  • Because of another great performance put by Deepak Niwas Hooda, Paltan finished second in the table of ZONE A, and qualified for the eliminator matches.
